Drew Nartey

Drew is an interdisciplinary public health researcher and consultant who is keen about evidence-informed decision making. His prior roles as a researcher and evaluation consultant have not only improved his working knowledge of innovate social and public health programs but also enriched his experience in applying mixed methods to evaluating provincial, federal, and not-for-profit programs. Drew holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC). He is also a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society (CES) and a community partner of the BC Mental Health and Substance Use Research Institute. Prior to completing his MPH degree, Drew earned his Master of Science (MS) in Vision Science and Doctor of Optometry (OD) degrees from the University of Houston and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology respectively. As a consultant at Qatalyst Research Group, Drew contributes to developing research methodologies and tools, reviewing literature, conducting interviews, analyzing data, developing strategies, and writing reports.
