Eyyub Hajiyev is a Senior Associate at Qatalyst with 11 years of experience in management consulting. Eyyub holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University as well as a Master of Business Administration. A Credentialed Evaluator with the Canadian Evaluation Society, Eyyub currently serves as Vice President of the Society's BC/Yukon Chapter. He has conducted over 30 research and evaluation assignments for a diverse range of clients, including federal and provincial government departments and Indigenous communities and organizations. He has expertise in developing evaluation frameworks, undertaking program evaluations, conducting key informant interviews, organizing focus group discussions, administering online surveys and preparing evaluation reports.
