The Qatalyst business model is a marriage between a consulting firm and a technology firm, which is intent on bringing disruption to the consulting industry. To respond to client needs, we developed the leading Canadian-based digital platform for management consultants, through which we can quickly and cost-effectively match clients with multi-disciplinary teams of specialists, drawing from a network of over 400 consultants across Canada and supported by our core staff of about 20. We tailor our project teams to meet the specific needs of each assignment.
We have an in-house development team, which is capable of developing software applications and databases to meet your needs. Here are a couple examples of past projects where we have developed software solutions for our clients: a webpage that integrates into our client's website which visualizes data in a collection of interactive charts and graphs; and a secure database platform accessed by hundreds of users which stores confidential data to be analyzed by our experts.
Our development team has created a platform of internal tools known as QataLink. QataLink is a website which allows our network of over 400 associates to access RFPs and opportunities, assemble perfectly tailored teams of specialized experts, and manage their projects through a task management productivity tool.
We are harnessing the revolutionary power of AI technology by developing a suite of AI-powered tools. The latest AI tool in our arsenal is a text-analytics application, which is capable of reading hundreds of qualitative survey responses and quickly identifying common themes amongst the responses.
