We have had a few different names and models in our nearly 40 years of operating history.
Qatalyst was originally established as FWCO in 1985, operating as a leading consulting firm based in BC before aligning with Goss Gilroy to become part of a national firm. In 2020, our name was changed to Qatalyst Research Group to reflect our new focus and operating model.
Qatalyst's headquarters is located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded Indigenous territories of the ʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) First Nations. We are grateful and fortunate to live and work on this beautiful land.
