Reilly Baldwin joined Qatalyst Research Group in 2024 as an Evaluation Consultant. Reilly has experience in measurement, evaluation, project management, Indigenous community development, and is passionate about community change. Reilly holds a Master of Public Health from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Victoria's Gustavson School of Business. At Qatalyst, Reilly supports leading evaluations from beginning to end, including the development of methodologies and research plans, engaging with clients for secondary and primary research, analyzing data and creating high-quality deliverables.
