Her expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, from the initial pipeline stage, where she identifies potential projects, through the bidding process, where she crafts compelling proposals, to the implementation phase, where she oversees all aspects of project implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. She holds a Master of Vocational Education and Personnel Capacity Development from the Technical University of Dresden. Anya also has experience in research, project monitoring and evaluation. Her cross-cultural communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk management abilities make her a trusted team member in projects. At Qatalyst, Anya primarily focuses on supporting business development initiatives and proposal preparation, leveraging her analytical skills and strategic mindset to drive growth and enhance client relationships.
