Strategic Plan for Lunenburg Waterfront
The Lunenburg Waterfront Association Inc. (LWAI) is working to promote further development of a working waterfront while protecting its heritage character. Qatalyst Research Group has been hired by LWAI to assist them in developing a strategic plan and actionable roadmap to guide waterfront development for the next five years.
This is what we’ve heard so far!
Thanks to everyone who has participated so far. This report synthesizes the findings from 35 key informant interviews and surveys of over 80 community members, 11 operators, and LWAI Board members) and two public sessions on what should be the vision for the waterfront, the key issues and challenges it faces, and strategic priorities should the plan address.
