This October, Dylan Weicker and Reilly Baldwin had the pleasure of presenting at the CES BC Conference on behalf of Qatalyst Research Group, sharing how we are integrating AI tools into our evaluation practices. The conference theme focused on emerging trends in evaluation —an excellent opportunity for us to discuss how AI can support our process.
During our presentation, “Adopting AI: A Practical Example of Integrating AI Tools into Evaluation,” we showcased our efforts in developing AI-driven tools to automate and optimize parts of the research process. Specifically, we explored how tools like our Transcript Analyzer and Survey Analyzer can support evaluators by enhancing the efficiency and depth of data analysis.
Transforming Our Presentation into a Podcast Using Google’s NotebookLM
We decided to take our integration one step further by experimenting with Google’s new NotebookLM tool. When we passed our CES BC presentation through NotebookLM, it generated a podcast of two AI-generated hosts discussing how Qatalyst is implementing AI in our processes. The result was a lively, human-sounding conversation about how AI can transform data analysis, featuring some surprising and insightful points.
