I am an anthropologist, foresight strategist, and policy researcher based in Ottawa, Canada. During more than a decade in research and policy with the Government of Canada, I co-founded its first ethnographic research unit and
worked as a foresight analyst at Policy Horizons Canada. Now I use my anthropological understanding, systems thinking, and future orientation to help organizations understand change and make strategic choices. I also teach cultural anthropology and community-engaged research at Carleton University.
I am a full member of the Association of Professional Futurists, a founding board member of the Canadian Centre for Futures Literacy, and board co-chair of the Girls Action Foundation.
