Available as a subcontractor for data collection and/or data analysis I am a Master Social Worker with experience in child welfare, youth development, social service nonprofits, education, and consulting. As both a social worker and data enthusiast, I enjoy "translating" mission into measurement. My professional interests include program evaluation, research, data analysis, performance measurement, data visualization, and building capacity for data use. I am skilled at analyzing data with Excel and designing effective reports using best practices for data visualization. I am solution-oriented and enjoy leveraging the power of technology to improve processes. I am dedicated to developing the evaluation capacity of the nonprofit sector. I have been an officer for the Evaluation Association of St. Louis (an affiliated of the American Evaluation Association), a member of the National CASA Performance Measurement & Data Governance committee, and a guest lecturer for graduate-level social work evaluation courses. I am currently a member of the American Evaluation Association and Canadian Evaluation Society.
