Our senior consultants have collectively performed over 600 evaluations of largely public sector programs, involving the development of detailed performance measurement frameworks, program evaluation plans, operational reviews, strategic plans, business process improvement studies, policy evaluations, policy development studies, value for money audits, and assessments of alternative service delivery models. Twelve members of our group are Credentialed Evaluators (CE) as designated by the Canadian Evaluation Society. Our President, Ted Weicker, is widely recognized as one of Canada’s leading program evaluation experts, having personally conducted more than 300 major evaluations.
